Personal Data Processing Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how POKABELU s.r.o. processes the personal data you provide — mainly via the contact form on this website — in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
2. What data we process
From the contact form we process your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, plus any data you share in further e-mail or phone communication.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your inquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps to enter into a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in replying; by submitting the form you give your consent to this processing.
4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and for the duration of any business relationship. We then delete it, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
5. Recipients and processors
The data may be made available to our technical service providers (website hosting and e-mail services) and — only with your cookie consent — to Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), solely for operating the service and measuring traffic. We do not provide data for third-party marketing.
6. Cookies
By default the website uses only technically necessary cookies (remembering your theme and consent choice). Only with your consent (“Accept all”) do we use Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics; you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser. We do not use marketing cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time.
